THE WEALDWAY SECTION 6 - UCKFIELD TO EAST HOATHLY. There will be short refreshment stops en route. Drinks and loos available at the Kings Head but will need picnic lunch. Coffee shop next door to the pub which serves drinks and cakes. |
East Croydon Station at 10:00 for 10:23 train to Uckfield. Buy return to Uckfield if possible in advance. On return we will catch the 54 bus back to Uckfield then train to East Croydon. |

THE WEALDWAY SECTION 8 - BERWICK STATION TO EASTBOURNE The final stretch at last. We will resume the trail from Berwick Station and have a pub/picnic stop at Jevington. Possible celebratory drink of tea/when we finally reach Eastbourne! It will be a late return to Sutton. We finished at the A259 and caught a bus to Eastbourne Station. |

THE WEALDWAY SECTION 9 - THE BEGINNING AT THE END! All you have all been waiting for. At last we do the first section from Gravesend! We will have a pub/picnic lunch at East Luddesdown then leave the Wealdway completed, doing a circular walk to Sole Street and trains to Victoria. As the part of the Wealdway from Gravesend Station along the A227 to the A2 was a boring road walk we caught a bus for this section of the walk.
